Built to help people, not add another monthly bill.
David was created to make everyday support simpler for people and families who need a little more structure in the day. The goal is to help — not to turn daily support into another subscription. Lifetime access is handled through a David license, while voluntary contributions help cover the ongoing cost of keeping Connected Care online.

Morning & evening routines
Group everyday steps into simple routines and use “What do I need to do?” when the next step is not obvious.

Appointments & getting ready
Caregiver-entered appointment details can include location, get-ready time, and time-to-leave notices.

Medication reminders
David displays the exact medicine and instructions entered by the caregiver. It does not calculate catch-up doses or tell someone to double a dose.

Optional daily check-ins can let connected caregivers know when a scheduled response was missed.

Caregivers can help from their phone.
Each caregiver has a private account and only sees the people linked to them. From the caregiver phone app they can manage reminders, see recent activity, chat, receive HELP alerts, and check the computer’s Connected Care status.

WHY SUPPORT MATTERS
The reminders are local. Connected Care needs a server.
David keeps reminders and daily-care information on the licensed Windows computer. The online server is what makes caregiver phone access, Connected Care syncing, chat, HELP delivery, license validation, and update notices possible. Keeping that server online has an ongoing cost.
If David helps you or your family and you are able to help, voluntary support goes toward keeping those server services available.

A Lifetime license is issued
The Administrator creates the license and can see every licensed person and activated computer.

Activate the Windows computer
The activation code connects that computer to its Lifetime license. The license itself does not expire.

Connect caregivers
Use a separate six-digit Connected Care setup code to link the person with trusted caregivers on their phones.

The narrated tutorial shows the caregiver account registration, Lifetime License activation code, Windows download and installation, the separate six-digit Connected Care setup code, phone-app setup, phone alerts, Chat and the final test.
Local support stays local.
If the David online service is intentionally paused, local reminders and saved daily-care information remain on the computer. Online features such as Connected Care, chat, HELP delivery, new license validation, and update checks depend on the server being available.
David is not emergency services, medical diagnosis, or a replacement for professional care. In an emergency, use the appropriate local emergency service. Medication content is caregiver-entered and David does not calculate missed or catch-up dosing.
