Software license and Connected Care terms

A David Lifetime, Complimentary Lifetime, or Organization Lifetime license does not expire by time. The Administrator may issue, disable, transfer, or revoke a license or activated computer when needed for account security, misuse, or support.

Connected Care service

Connected Care is a server-based service separate from the permanent local license. The Administrator can place the service in Service On, Support Needed, or Service Suspended mode. Service Suspended pauses cloud synchronization, caregiver communication, new setup, and new server license validation. Local reminders and already-saved daily-care information on a licensed computer remain available.

Server support

Any contribution through the Support David page is voluntary. It does not purchase, extend, upgrade, or change a David license. David does not process contribution payment information on this website.

Safety

David is a daily-support tool. It is not emergency services, medical diagnosis, or a replacement for professional care. In an emergency, use the appropriate local emergency service.
