David does not process payment information.

David stores the account, licensing, device, reminder, caregiver, support, and Connected Care information needed to provide the service. Passwords and device/license tokens are protected and are not displayed in Administrator screens.

Voluntary server support

The Support David page can send you to an external donation/support provider chosen by the Administrator. David does not receive your full card number, bank account information, or payment credentials from that provider. The external provider’s own privacy terms apply there.

Connected Care

Connected Care data is used to synchronize reminders, caregiver messages, device status, and related support functions for authorized caregivers. If the Administrator suspends Connected Care, local reminders and saved daily-care information remain on the licensed computer.
